By creating an account or using X3 Exchange, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this agreement. You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of a supported jurisdiction, and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies.

Upon registration, you agree to provide complete and accurate information and undergo identity verification in accordance with Canadian compliance standards. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and maintaining account security.

X3 Exchange allows users to buy, sell, and trade supported cryptocurrencies through a secure platform. We may adjust platform access, asset availability, or feature permissions based on location, security assessments, or evolving regulations. X3 Exchange does not offer investment or tax advice.

All trading and withdrawal fees are transparently displayed on our platform. You are responsible for reviewing the fee structure before initiating any transactions.

Cryptocurrency markets are inherently volatile, and there is a risk of total capital loss. You acknowledge this risk and agree to trade based on your own research and understanding.

We may suspend or terminate your account for suspicious activity, non-compliance with KYC/AML protocols, or violation of these terms. If your account is closed, you may lose access to your funds until further review is completed.

X3 Exchange is not liable for financial losses, system downtime, unauthorized access due to user error, or interruptions in service beyond our control. Use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any legal disputes arising from your use of X3 Exchange will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Toronto, Ontario.

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
